Recruitment

Frankpat Protective Services is committed to attracting and retaining top recruits for our guarding services. We screen candidates based on academic qualifications, language competence and proper background check. The candidates must be between 18-35 years old. Height requirements are from 5'7" for men and 5'3" for ladies and above. They must be physically fit and in good health.

Vetting

The process include: Verification of both academic and school leaving certificates, certificate of good conduct, general fitness and letter from the referees. Our candidates MUST posses good communication skills.

Training

In line with PSRA requirements, our security officers undergo an intensive training on several basic security facets which include;

• Customer care and public relations.
• Roles and duties of the security officers.
• Introduction to basic security knowledge and skills on criminal offences.
• Security code of conduct.
• Discipline on and off duty.
• Event management skills
• Introduction to security drills.
• Practical observation and types of assignment.
• Patrolling techniques.
• Investigation and report writing.
• Radio- call communication skills.
• Fire fighting skills and first Aid
• HIV/Aids
• Foot drill.
